  1. Reporting bugs:
  2.     If you find any bugs in this software, please send them to
  3.     mpeg-bugs@roger-rabbit.cs.berkeley.edu.  Since this software
  4.     is unsupported, we make no guarantees about how long it will
  5.     take to fix the bug, or if it will be fixed at all.  Bug fixes
  6.     will be cheerfully accepted.  Please include as much detailed
  7.     information as possible, including:
  8.  
  9.     1) the version number of the program you are using (cf. VERSION)
  10.     2) the data file that caused the bug (if possible)
  11.     3) the OS version and machine type you ran the program on
  12.     4) the compiler used to compile the program
  13.  
  14. Known bugs:
  15.  
  16.     Green artifacts at the bottom of some pictures. Most probably
  17.     due to changes made in the motion vector tables in May 1992
  18.     by the standard. Currently looking for the changes to incorporate
  19.     them.
